I have been with Avi Resort & Casino for almost 6 years, working in various departments. I love learning new things and figuring out how everything interlocks as a whole. I try to learn as much as possible to understand Food & Beverage, Accounting and Hotel to Marketing and how each intertwines.
The Host department has become my favorite out of all of them, mostly because of the guest interaction. Whether it be solving problems or giving away prizes, I love the feeling of working with the guest to produce a moment and an overall guest satisfaction. I try to look ahead and solve issues before they surface, because even the smallest mistake can change a guest’s experience.
Most of all, I’m lucky to work with the most hardworking and determined Agents and Hosts in the area who all share the same goal. I enjoy making every day better for our guests and ourselves, which helps make the Avi experience above all the rest.
