Provide 100% guest and customer (internal/external) satisfaction and positive Co-worker relations through friendliness, cleanliness, courtesy and quality service to everyone who comes to or calls the Front Desk as well as accurately process all audit procedures in a timely manner. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required. Promptly, accurately, and efficiently provide check-in, check-out, and reservation service to all guests and callers, answer all telephones at Front Desk and PBX and route call and/or provide assistance and information to all callers. Communicate, cooperate and coordinate with co-workers, supervisors and managers in the Hotel Department and all other departments. Promote the hotel/casino and all of its services and facilities while maximizing occupancy and ADR. Process daily reports, reconciliations, journals, etc. and accurately and in a timely manner report any problems or discrepancies immediately to the Hotel Director. Cover as Front Office Supervisor, PBX/Reservations Agent, and Guest Service Agent as needed. To perform this position successfully, an individual must have a Minimum five years Front Office Supervisory or related experience and have prior hotel night audit and Front Desk experience.
