This position is responsible to supervise and coordinate all duties and responsibilities pertaining to the guest room areas of the hotel. may be assigned as required. Responsible for the supervision of all assigned attendants, daily inspection of all assigned rooms and updating the front desk and daily inventory of linen closets for linen, amenities, chemicals and lost and found items. To perform this position successfully, an individual must be organized and aggressive and have the ability to get along well with all walks of people, must have bio-hazard training, and must be able to clean 17 rooms daily. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform with safety shoes and nametag when working. High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred and/or required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employed to successfully perform the essential functions of this position; must be able to be on feet through an entire shift. Good communication and customer relations skills, with a smiling, enthusiastic and friendly personality and the ability to work well under pressure and stress while maintaining a positive attitude and professional manner.
