Spirit Mountain Casino temporarily suspends operations until further notice
Mohave Valley, AZ, July 10, 2020--Spirit Mountain Casino announced on Friday that gaming operations will be temporarily suspended until further notice, effective at 12:00 a.m., July 11, 2020. This closure comes as the state of Arizona reports rising COVID-19 cases and after two employees tested positive for the virus after recent testing.
Throughout these challenging times, Spirit Mountain Casino has strived to protect the health and safety of our guests and employees. With this temporary suspension, the casino will not only be able to thoroughly clean and sterilize the property, the time will also allow for additional employee testing. For 25 years, nothing has been more important to us than the wellbeing of our employees and guests.
Spirit Mountain Casino will continue to monitor the latest updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Arizona Department of Health Services so that we may return to operations with protocols in place to best protect workers and everyone who visits the property.
