We are featuring four great Latin Concerts as part of our Latin Summer Series at the Avi Resort & Casino.
La Ruleta Notena - Sunday, June 30 9PM to 1AM
Adrian Crush – Saturday, July 20 8PM to 12PM
Nuevo Sentido – Sunday, August 18 9PM to 1AM
Banda Destructora – Saturday, September 14 9PM to 1AM
Join us for our Latin Summer Series at the Avi Resort & Casino. Four Latin groups will be performing in the Ballroom this summer. Each in their own way will bring the Norteño, Cumbia and Tex Mex music experience to the Avi. In addition to the Ballroom acts there will be three Latin acts performing in the Arrowweed Lounge:
Volume 1 – Friday & Saturday, June 21&22 performing from 9PM to 1AM
Vida Nova – Friday & Saturday, July 26 &27 performing from 9PM to 1AM
Latin Vida – Friday & Saturday, August 23 & 24 performing from 9PM to 1AM
La Ruleta Notena - Sunday, June 30 | 9PM to 1AM
La Ruleta Norteña translates to THE NORTHERN ROULETTE. The band got their name after performing in one of the Casinos and walking by a gaming table where Roulette was being played. Calling the band THE ROULETTE seemed catchy and appropriate since the band formed in Las Vegas. La Ruleta Norteña takes songs from other genres and adapts them to Norteño instrumentation. Unintentional, they created a sound that seemed to have a strong 'niche' in Las Vegas. So they took their music to the whole state of Nevada and recently California and Arizona. You don’t want to miss this exciting show!
Adrian Crush – Saturday, July 20 | 8PM to 12PM
Adrian Crush is a rising star! Adrian Crush is the lead vocalist and accordionist of Adrian Crush and E-Lab Banda! Adrian and E-Lab Banda captivate audiences with their energy and stage presence and a show full of Cumbia with a fusion of Reggaeton that keeps audiences dancing all night. All while staying true to their TEX MEX roots and flavor. You don’t want to miss this show.
Nuevo Sentido – Sunday, August 18 | 9PM to 1AM
Nuevo Sentido translates to NEW SENSE. In searching for a name, they realized that they played a combination of Texan, Norteño and rock ... that created a new sense of music. Come out and enjoy a night of great music.
Banda Destructora – Saturday, September 14 | 9PM to 1AM
Banda Destructora has been delivering energy, experience, and contagious joy song after song for over 20 years. Their motto is: "Fuera Tristeza y Con Todo El Animo," which translates to 'Do Away with Sadness, Let's Go, You Can Do it.' Unlike a traditional Banda, they use instruments like keyboards and electric bass in addition to their well-known 'punchy' horns section. This also allows for the covering of a wider range of songs in the Latin music spectrum.
