• oneCard members who are actively gaming with their card in a slot (reels) machine at the time of the drawing will be eligible for the Fireworks Drawing on Sunday, September 6, 2026.
• Rewards members may only win once.

How to Activate Your Entry
Activation requires:
• Inserting your Rewards Card into any slot machine at the time of the drawing.
• Verifying your name on the gaming machine.
• Keeping your Rewards Card inserted until the drawing is complete.
• For your entry to be valid, your Rewards Card must be properly inserted in the gaming machine.

Drawing Details

• The electronic drawing will be held at 10:00 PM on Sunday, September 6, 2026.
• Rewards members may win a maximum of one (1) prize.
• A representative will announce each winner's name and Rewards Card number over the casino public address (PA) system.
• Rewards members must be present on the casino floor. Rewards members drawn will have two (2) minutes to report to the Rewards promotions area to claim their prize. If a winner is not present within the designated time, a subsequent winner will be drawn until a verified winner is present.

Rules & Regulations

General Rules

• Participants must be 21 years of age, MUST present their Rewards Card, and be able to produce a valid, Government-issued ID to claim their prize within two (2) minutes.
• Winners are responsible for any and all applicable taxes.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Avi Resort & Casino management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all contestants. In addition, Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right to void any ticket, and/or to change, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time.
• Rewards Cards are non-transferable. Such transfer will constitute ineligibility of any and all persons involved in said transfers participating in this promotion.
• Persons excluded from gaming at the Avi or in the state of Nevada are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• The Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right to deny participation to any individual.
• Employees of the Avi Resort & Casino and their spouses are not eligible to participate.
• Participation in this promotion indicates the player’s acceptance of the rules and procedures as stated.
• It is the sole discretion of management has the right to suspend, alter, change or cancel this Labor Day Fireworks Drawing promotion for any reason at any time due to human error or non-human error.
