Rules:

• Casserole Dish Giveaway will run Tuesday, November 10, 2026, from 9AM – 7PM (NV Time) or while supplies last.
• Qualified rewards members must present their coupon, valid photo ID, and Rewards Card to receive one (1) FREE Casserole Dish.
• Casserole Dish will be given out in the Bingo Prize Room.
• Guests that have lost or misplaced their coupon may receive a Casserole Dish if they have their Rewards Card and valid photo ID.
• One (1) Casserole Dish per person.
• Previously non qualifying guests have the option to earn 1,000 same day base points to qualify for their (1) casserole dish.

Rules & Regulations

General Rules:

• Participants must be 21 years of age and a Rewards Cardholder.
• Qualified players for a FREE “Gift” are determined by play over a certain period of time.
• By voluntarily participating, participants grant the Avi Resort & Casino and its affiliates permission to use their name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• The Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable regulatory approval. Any modifications will not materially alter or affect bonuses already awarded as of the date of the modification. The Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right to disqualify any participant from receiving a bonus for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules, or other misconduct, whether or not related to the Promotion.
• If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances including, but not limited to, computer viruses, software errors, tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the Avi Resort & Casino’s control that affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable regulatory approval, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
• Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or compromise the fair and proper operation of this Promotion may violate applicable civil or criminal laws. The Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any individual responsible for such actions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, and administrators, to the following terms: (a) Release of Liability: Release and hold harmless the Promotion entities, Avi Resort & Casino, participating locations, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claims, liabilities, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including any related travel, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the extent permitted by law. (b) Indemnification: Indemnify and hold harmless Avi Resort & Casino from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or any breach of the participant’s representations or warranties. (c) Prize Disclaimer: Acknowledge that Avi Resort & Casino makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding any prize and is not responsible for any warranties provided solely by a prize supplier.(d) Publicity Consent: During any event participation, consent to the publication of the participant’s name on Avi Resort & Casino’s websites and to the use of the participant’s name, voice, image, and likeness by the Promotion entities for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or developed in the future, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation or prior notice, permission, or approval. Participants agree to provide written consent to such use upon request. (e) Acceptance of Rules and Decisions: Agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by the Promotion judges, which are final and binding. Participants waive any right to challenge the interpretation of these Official Rules or the Promotion itself based on alleged ambiguity or error, to the extent permitted by law. If the Promotion is administered or promoted through a social media platform, the platform operator or provider, along with its respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents, shall also be considered “Released Parties” under these Official Rules.
• By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these rule
• Any questions or disputes regarding the interpretation of these Official Rules, circumstances not addressed herein, or the administration of the Promotion will be resolved by Avi Resort & Casino at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulations. All decisions made by Avi Resort & Casino shall be final and binding, to the extent permitted by law. Participants who disagree with a decision may seek further resolution through the appropriate regulatory authority, including the Nevada Gaming Control Board, as applicable.
• oneCard Club Cards are non-transferable. Such transfer will constitute in-eligibility of any and all persons involved in said transfers to participate in this promotion.
• Persons excluded from gaming at the Avi Resort & Casino, Spirit Mountain Casino or in the state of Nevada, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• The Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right to deny participation to any individual.
