Rules & Regulations

• Electronic drawing will be held at 10:30PM Sunday, May 25th, 2025.
• Rewards members may only win once.
• Sunday, May 25th, 2025, all Rewards members will receive one (1) free entry by swiping their Rewards Card at any kiosk from 9AM – 10:30PM and selecting the Enter here for the $2,000 Fireworks Free Play Drawing tile. Rewards members can verify their entry by selecting the $2,000 Fireworks Free Play drawing tile.
• The entry is activated into the drawing Sunday, May 25, 2025, when Rewards members insert their Rewards Card in any slot machine one (1) hour before the drawing, verify their name across the slot machine, and take their card out of the slot machine for a valid registration.
• Rewards members can also activate their entries by swiping their Rewards Card at any kiosk one (1) hour before the drawing.
• Virtual drawing entries will be drawn one at a time with a representative announcing the name and Rewards Card number over the casino PA. If more than one name is shown on a screen or computer, the first name drawn will be the winner.
• Rewards members must be present on the casino floor. Rewards members drawn will have two (2) minutes to report to the Rewards promotions area to claim their prize. If a winner is not present within the designated time, a subsequent winner will be drawn until a verified winner is present.
• We are not responsible for guests unable to hear the announcement where speakers are not present.

General Rules

• Participants must be 21 years of age, present their Rewards Card, and be able to produce a valid, Government-issued ID to claim their prize.
• Winners are responsible for any and all applicable taxes.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Avi Resort & Casino management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all contestants. In addition, Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right to void any ticket, and/or to change, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time.
