Ways to Earn Entries:

• Earn one (1) entry for every 50 slot base points earned on your rewards card, starting Monday, December 29, 2025.

Rules & Regulations

Drawing Rules:

• Electronic drawings are held Wednesday, December 31st, 2025, starting at 3pm.
• One (1) winner will be electronically drawn every hour from 3PM – 12AM for cash.
• Begin earning entries Monday, December 29, 2025, at 12:01am.
• Participants are eligible to earn 3X entries Monday 12/29, Tuesday 12/30, & Wednesday 12/31.
• Every 50 base points earned will equal three (3) drawing entries.
• Entries earned Monday, December 29, 2025, will be automatically entered into the drawing when players insert their rewards card in selected slot machines, verify their name across the slot machine, and take their card out of the slot machine for a valid registration.
• Players can also activate their entries by swiping their rewards card at the kiosk one (1) hour before each drawing on Wednesday, December 31.
• Virtual drawing entries will be drawn one at a time with an Avi representative announcing the name and rewards card number.
• Participants must be present on the casino floor, participants drawn will have two (2) minutes to report to the promotions area to claim their prize. If a winner is not present within the designated time, a subsequent winner will be drawn until a verified winner is present.
• Participants are eligible to win multiple times.
• Entries will not be emptied from the virtual drawing barrel until after the final drawing on January 1 @ 12am.

General Rules

• Participants must be 21 years of age, present their rewards card and be able to produce valid, Government-issued ID to claim their prize.
• Winners are responsible for any and all applicable taxes.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Avi Resort & Casino management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all contestants. In addition, Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right to void any ticket, and/or to change, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time.
• Rewards Cards are non-transferable. Such transfer will constitute ineligibility of any and all persons involved in said transfers to participate in this promotion.
• Persons excluded from gaming at the Avi, Spirit Mountain Casino or in the state of Nevada, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• The Avi Resort & Casino reserves the right to deny participation to any individual.
• Employees of the Avi Resort & Casino and their spouses are not eligible to participate.
